Hi, my name is Rebecca Almeida. I am a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, Early Childhood Teacher and Mindfulness-based Children's Book Author. I have practiced both Meditation and Mindfulness in my personal life for the past decade and have brought mindfulness into my classroom for the past 8 years. I am here to provide online resources as well as physical and digital products to those seeking to embark on their own mindfulness lifestyle journey.
